According to the announcement on the website of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, the competitions on Renewable Energy Resource Areas Based on Solar Energy (YEKA GES-3) and Allocation of Connection Capacity will be held on May 24-27. 55 competitions will be held between these dates.

Within the scope of the project, photovoltaic panels will be placed on 4 floating islands and 6 inverters will be installed on the land side. 60 GWh of electricity will be generated annually from the plant. The existing switchgear will be used to deliver the generated electricity to the electricity grid. During the day, the auxiliary source will work at full capacity and the main source will be able to produce up to 17 MWe according to the need. During the night, the main resource will be able to use its full capacity according to the need.
