EUROPE STARTS LOOSEN MEASURES AGAINST COVID19

After this week, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland started making moves for «normalization». Businesses, shops, schools will be gradually opened.
Since March 20 in Spain, the lowest mortality rate has occurred in a day. As a result of 288 more deaths in the country in the last 24 hours, the number of dead rose to 23,190. On the other hand, children were allowed to go out on the 40th day of the curfew imposed by the corona virus outbreak in Spain. Families went out on the streets after a long time, while having a normal day, took care to wear masks and follow social distance rules. In Spain, quarantine measures are extended until May 9, while corona virus cases continue to decline.
Switzerland: Starting Monday, building and garden markets, hairdressers, veterinary and dental surgeries, beauty salons and tattoo studios will be reopened. Citizens were asked to continue to pay attention to social distance and hygiene rules. Speaking to the Swiss news agency SDA, Federal Health Agency official Daniel Koch said that barbecue parties are currently not allowed in the parks.
Croatia: Many workplaces, libraries and museums open early in the week. Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic stated that shopping centers and very large stores will remain closed for a while. Public transport will be put into service again.
Czechia: Travels to the country for work across the EU are allowed again from Monday. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that those traveling to Czechia for business travel can stay in the country for a maximum of 72 hours and must have a negative coronavirus test, taken no more than four days ago. Libraries and zoos in the country are also reopening. Restaurants and cafes will be opened gradually starting May 11.
Norway: Primary schools reopen at the beginning of the week. Nurseries in the country were opened last week.

Belgium: Prime Minister Sophie Wilmes said on Friday that the first workplaces will open on 11 May. After a week, certain classes will start teaching again. Restaurants in the country are planned to open at the beginning of June.
France: Restaurants are expected to open in France at the beginning of June at the earliest. Next Tuesday, the government is expected to announce its plan on how to take action. Renovation work at the Notre Dame Cathedral also resumes on Monday.
Germany: Starting from the beginning of the week, it is necessary to wear a mask across the country. While it is compulsory to use a mask to cover the mouth and nose in public transportation, the use of the mask will also be mandatory during shopping. According to a survey by the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR), 86 percent of the respondents said it found it rational to implement it.
