The Danish-based retail chain sells furniture, home and sleep products. It was learned that the brand will open its first store in Turkey at the beginning of May. The first store opens in Istanbul. On May 4, two stores will open at the same time in Torium and Oasis Cadde AVM in Istanbul. It will have 1,300 square meters of stores. It will increase the number of stores by the end of the year.

JYSK will have made its first international expansion with Turkey after three years. JYSK Expansion Director Mikael Albaek Kristensen stated that they see significant potential in the Turkish market. “We see great potential for our products and Scandinavian design,” Kristensen said. Especially the young population is attractive. We see potential in the western part of Turkey. We will open our first store here as well. Turkey is also close to Bulgaria, our distribution center,» he said.
